In 2009, he came across PET Strapping Band and saw an opportunity. It seemed simple and he eventually decided to come out of retirement and venture into the plastic packaging business by procuring a Production Line with a 100 ton/month capacity and the journey of PolyPaq began.
2009
Purchased a factory of 1500 sqm and went to view and study our first 100 ton production line
2010
Poly Projects Sdn Bhd was established!
Purchase and setup of Poly Projects Sdn Bhd first Production Line and peripherals.
Operation began and the business grew quickly. Within the same year we rented a new warehouse of 5000 sqm for storage of trading products and finished goods to provide better and faster service for customers
2012
Business was still growing and the company purchased 4600 sqm land and constructed a new plant in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
2013
Purchased our second production line and expanded capacity to 200 ton/month
2014
Purchase our third production line while scrapping an old inefficient line
Capacity increased to 240 ton/month
2015
Purchased fourth production line and increased capacity to 400 ton/month
2017
Acquired ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

2018
With expanding customer base and increased products offering, we have quickly outgrown our Nilai Plant.
We purchased a new plot in Semenyih that is 17000 sqm. 4x larger and expected 5x larger built up compared to Nilai plant!
2019
Poly Projects Sdn Bhd is rebranded to PolyPaq Sdn Bhd!
PolyPaq Sdn Bhd’s rebrand is in line with our ambition to be the leading One Stop Centre for Industrial Packaging & Solutions Provider.
